Physical Jewelry Items

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in new condition.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• To initiate a return, email orders@luxurynola.com with your order number.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital sales are final once the download link has been sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
